The Evansville IceMen are proud to be involved in the Tri-State community. In an effort to best serve those who also call this area home, we require that these guidelines be followed when requesting a donation from us:
Requests must be received at least 3 weeks prior to the event.
Requests must be received on official letterhead of the organization holding the event.
The organization making the request must be within the Tri-State Area (Indiana, Kentucky, Illinois)
Because we donate directly to many area not-for-profits, such as American Cancer Society's Relay for Life, any organizations or fundraising teams operating parallel to these partnerships are unlikely to recieve a donation from us.
The following must be included in the body of the request letter:
Date, day, and time of the event
Description of the event
What the donation will be used for (Ex. Silent Auction, Door Prize)
Event contact’s name, address, email, and phone number
Please Note if your organization is a 501C-3 (Not for profit)

Typically you will be contacted via email with the donation information at least a week prior to your event.
Please note that our resources are limited and we cannot promise we will be able to fulfill your request.
