Tryout Information

The Evansville IceMen are excited to announce that they will be conducting an open tryout on August 1st and 2nd,
2009 in Evansville Indiana. The Tryout will consist of strength and conditioning tests, as well as two 3 hour ice
sessions over two days. The agenda is as follows:

Saturday, August 1st

8:30am - 10:00am Registration (Metro Sports Center)

10:00am - 3:00pm Strength Testing (Metro Sports Center)

Testing Includes:
- Bench Press (150lbs Maximum Number of Reps)
- Standing Long Jump (Best of 3 Attempts)
- Hexagon Agility Test (Best of 2 Attempts)
- 20 Yard Shuttle Test (Best of 3 Attempts)

Bring running shoes and workout clothing for the morning workouts.

4:30pm - 7:30pm On Ice Workouts and Scrimmage (Swonder Ice Arena)

Sunday, August 2nd

9:00am - 12:00pm On Ice Workouts and Scrimmage (Swonder Ice Arena)

Registration

The cost of the camp is $150 for both days. This cost includes two days of workouts, Evansville IceMen Workout
T-shirt, IceMen Practice Jersey and lunch.
